The Twitter is buzzing with #BanNetflixInIndia and the reason is considerable or not is more than confusing. The controversy starts after @NetflixIndia released the trailer of their new show Leila starring Huma Qureshi which is based on the novel of same name by Prayaag Akbar, the story of Leila is based in a dystopian future where Hindu nationalist take over and a Hindu woman married to a Muslim has a daughter by the name of Leela. The daughter is taken away by Hindu nationalists because she is not ‘pure’ enough as she has a Muslim father. The woman searches for the daughter that she lost upon her arrest years ago.
After the release of the trailer Shiv Sena and Ramesh Solanki a Hindu Nationalist Mumbai Secretary/Gujarat Sampark Pramukh BVS.YuvaSena/ShivSena IT Cell Core Committee has filed a complaint against Netflix India with Mumbai Police allegely defaming Hindu religion/ Hindus and India.

After that the war against Netflix started on twitter where people are accusing Netflix India's for their past shows with the Hindu Phobic Content. Ghoul and Sacred Games there is also more or the less anti-Hindu content found by the viewers.
People are getting very furious over this and dragging down everything from Netflix in the light from their Hindu Phobic content from which Hasan Minaj an american comedian who come from a Indian Muslim family. His show 'Patriot Act' is also considered an anti- Hindu show.
The accusition over netflix of spreading Hindu phobic content started like a fire in which the director Anurag Kashyap also get caught because of his part in Sacred Games as a writer and also his writer friends, Since Netflix didn't reacted to this situation and we are hopeful to get a clarification about the situation.

Netflix is not just anti-Hindu, but also anti-national! Showing Kashmir as a part of Pakistan, @Netflix has taken Pakistani line. Netflix is a danger to sovereignty of India. #BanNetFlixInIndiahttps://t.co/sdpsSOHIFx

Yes… 100% @Netflix is streaming out Hinduphobic content...
It all began with #SacredGames where the main villan is shown a Hindu saint. Terrorism has no religion they say but they also find a way to link terrorism to Hinduism!@HinduJagrutiOrg @ChakraNews pic.twitter.com/jJqqwVNshT
