Berlin: HMD Global officially announced their new Smartphones Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2. On Thursday Nokia unveiled their new smartphones in IFA tech fair Berlin. These smartphones are going to be in Nokia's mid-range smartphones lineup so these phones are likely to be Nokia's high demanding smartphones. Nokia 6.2 and 7.2 comes with their key platform Google's Android One which their most of the smartphones comes with. The Smartphones comes with Android Pie 9.0, 3,500 mAh battery, triple rear camera and much more. HMD Global also announced that the phone will have security updates and OS updates time to time and will get Android 10.
About the Smartphones
The Nokia smartphones comes with waterdrop notches and a slick body design, curved edges and a thin chin design with branding of Nokia in all white. The smartphones have circular camera which will remind you way back of Nokia Lumia 1020, the polycarbonate frame and glass back have an elegant combination which also remind you of Nokia 6.1 and 7.1. The Fingerprint sensor mounted in the back right below the camera and glass back will definitely make the phone quite slippery. The phones has a type C charging port along with headphone jack and speaker grills at the bottom. Both of the phones comes in different colors where Nokia 6.2 offers Ceramic Black and Ice colors and Nokia 7.2 offers Cyan Green, Charcoal, and Ice colors. The eye catching design of the smartphones gives you a premium smartphone feel in the mid-range lineup of the Smartphones. Nokia 6.2 will cost €199(approx.₹16k) and Nokia 7.2 will cost €249(approx. ₹20k) in Europe.
Specification of the Smartphones
The dual-SIM (Nano) Nokia 6.2 runs on Android 9 Pie and features a 6.3-inch full-HD+ display with HDR10 support, Gorilla Glass 3, and 500nits brightness. It is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, paired with up to 4GB of RAM. Additionally, the phone packs a 3,500mAh battery.
On the imaging front, there is a triple rear camera setup on board the Nokia 6.2 that houses a 16-megapixel primary shooter with f/1.8 aperture, a 5-megapixel depth sensor, and an 8-megapixel wide-angle shooter with f/2.2 aperture. There is an 8-megapixel f/2.0 selfie camera on board as well.
Further, the Nokia 6.2 packs up to 128GB of onboard storage with a dedicated microSD card slot (up to 512GB). The connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, GPS, and 4G LTE. The phone measures 159.88x75.11x8.25mm and weighs 180 grams.

HMD Global unveiled two of the stylish smartphones to grab, the mid-range Nokia Smartphones have the ability to stand in the market by their top notch specifications and style. But we'll see the performance and ability of the smartphones in October when they'll roll out in the market for the users. Nokia 6.2 will cost €199 and Nokia 7.2 will cost €249 in Europe. HMD Global haven't made any announcement on the Indian price of the phones as well as when it will going to be in the Indian market.
